Compassion Cultivation Training is a personal and professional programme developed at Stanford University Medical School. It is now taught worldwide by Stanford University Compassion Institute’s Certified Facilitators - and Monica Eyer (based near Thun) feels grateful and proud to be a certified teacher for this program.
Through simple guided meditations, science backed tools and exercises, this six step course helps you experience more connection, clarity and ease in your relationships with family, friends, clients and coworkers. Course Program
CCT was recently featured in the Wall St Journal where a recent study in mindfulness was quoted;
“Over the time period of the class, people were able to regulate and improve negative states, such as anxiety and stress, and increase positive states, such as calm, by cultivating compassion both for themselves and others.”
Monica would love you to join us on this empowering 8-week online-course. She will be teaching this programme in collaboration with her UK-based colleague Leslie Lockyear.
Cost for the programme is Fr 250.00 which Monica will donate 100% to the Daycare-center project she co-manages with local associates in Lo-Mantang, capital city of the former Kingdom of Mustang/Nepal.
